LONDON — Michelle Ryan (4.3.2.1.), Harry Treadaway (Control), Honor Blackman (Bridget Jones’s Diary) and Jack Doolan (Cemetery Junction) have signed to star in Matthias Hoene’s feature Cockneys vs. Zombies.
Set to shoot across the British capital later this month, the movie is written by James Moran (Severance) and details the story of a group of bank robbers who unlock a 350-year old vault only to unleash an army of zombies.
Production banner The Tea Shop & Film Company and Studio Canal-owned U.K. distributor Optimum Releasing are backing the movie with sales handled by Simon Crowe’s SC Films International.
Rasmus Hardiker (I Want Candy), Ashley Thomas( 4.3.2.1.) and Alan Ford (Snatch) also join the cast.
