As the Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao fight at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand on May 2 looms, the guest list gets ever more A-list. Among those expected to attend the second joint HBO-Showtime pay-per-view event: Will Smith, Jack Nicholson, Jerry Bruckheimer, Snoop Dogg, Tom Brady, Nicki Minaj and national anthem performer Jamie Foxx.
HBO’s Richard Plepler credits Showtime parent CBS’ Leslie Moonves with having “the unique combination of relationships and perseverance” for making the night, which “has a Super Bowl-caliber feel to it,” happen.
