After Justin Timberlake attended a Marine Corps gala, his Friends With Benefits co-star Mila Kunis did the same.
On Friday, Kunis attended the Marine Corps ball in Greenville, NC with Sgt. Scott Moore on Friday evening after he invited her to be his date via a YouTube video several months ago, according to reports.
The 28-year-old actress flew in to the Pitt-Greenville airport in the early afternoon and was immediately transported to the Greenville Convention Center, where the ball was being held. A local news station captured an image of Kunis arriving at the convention center before going inside.
A Marine spokesperson said that Kunis and Moore were “enjoying the night.” Members of the media were not allowed inside the ball.
In July, Moore asked Kunis to accompany him to the Marine Corps Ball.
“Hey Mila. It’s Sergeant Moore, but you can call me Scott. I just wanted to take a moment out of my day to invite you to the Marine Corps Ball on November 18th in Greenville, North Carolina, with yours truly,” Moore said in a video message from Afghanistan. “So take a second, think about it and get back to me.”
Kunis accepted Moore’s invitation after Timberlake chimed in, “You need to do it for your country.” Moore and his unit recently returned from seven months stationed in Afghanistan and reportedly lost seven members during the tour.
Timberlake was invited to a Marine Corps Ball by Cpl. Kelsey de Santis shortly after.
