Miley Cyrus closed out her 2015 VMAs hosting gig by delivering a trippy live performance of her new song “Dooo It!,” followed by an announcement that her new album was available online for free.
Cyrus began her performance alone on stage, singing about how she smokes pot and loves peace. But soon the host, wearing a multi-colored outfit with fabric designed to look like an eye covering her right breast, was joined by a stage full of dancers, some drag queens and, later, frequent collaborators The Flaming Lips, who co-wrote many of the songs on Cyrus’ new album, including “Dooo It!”
