Cyrus has been hospitalized for a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics and has been placed on medical rest by her doctors. She will not be able to perform as scheduled.
“Refunds for tickets will be available at the point of ticket purchase. Tickets purchased online or by phone will be automatically refunded.” Cyrus had complained of feeling ill the day before on Twitter, stating that she had a fever, sore throat and was “#SICK.”
It has been a tumultuous month for the 21-year-old, following a tour bus fire en route to her concert in New Orleans on March 17. She canceled another show on April 7 in Charlotte, N.C., citing a bout of the flu.
The week before, Miley had performed in Boston, but the show had included a tearful rendition of Fleetwood Mac’s “Landslide” as a dedication to a dog, Floyd, who was killed by a coyote.
