Steve Mosko, president of Sony Pictures Television (SPT) will give this year’s keynote address at international TV market Mipcom as part of Mipcom’s Media Mastermind keynote series.
The speech, set for Monday October 13, is titled The Global Quest for Original Content.

As head of Sony Pictures Entertainment’s global television operations, Mosko has overseen the worldwide success of numerous SPT titles, including Breaking Bad, which SPT handles internationally, to recent sales hit The Blacklist.

Mosko has also helped make SPT arguably the most international of the big U.S. television studios through landmark deals with global TV giants such as Mexcio’s Televisa as well as content agreements with CSI producer Carol Mendelsohn and George Clooney‘s production shingle, Smokehouse Pictures.
The 30th edition of Mipcom runs Oct. 13-16 in Cannes.
