El Niño downpour and chilly temperatures got you down? Well, leave it to fashion to remind you that spring is (kind of) just around the corner. Between Balmain, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Dolce & Gabbana, we’ve been bombarded by campaigns featuring 2016’s best sunshine-friendly styles — and we’re not mad about it.

Next up is Moschino, which, as usual, brought the tacky-in-a-good way styling we’ve learned to look forward to with its #CarWashCouture campaign. While there’s no Katy Perry or Barbie in sight this round, Jeremy Scott makes up for it with a cameo by everyone’s favorite Powerpuff Girl (Blossom, obviously) and a very practical traffic cone fascinator, sure to come in handy in everyday life.
The rainbow-bright ads’ best feature, however, might just be the cartoon-like car wash backdrop created by Mary Howard Studio — really the only place where a Big Bird-esque yellow-feathered ensemble (modeled by Joan Smalls) looks at home.

Supermodels Lexi Boling, Fei Fei Sun and Maartje Verhoef star alongside Smalls in the ads, which were shot by Steven Meisel, styled by Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele and featured makeup by Guido Palau and color queen Pat McGrath.
