Oscar winners Nat Faxon and Jim Rash have signed with WME in all areas, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. They previously were with CAA.
The duo won the Academy Award for best adapted screenplay for Alexander Payne‘s The Descendants, starring George Clooney and Shailene Woodley. They made their directorial debut last year with The Way Way Back, starring Steve Carell, Sam Rockwell and Toni Collette, which they also wrote, executive produced and co-starred in.

For acting, Faxon, who starred opposite Fifty Shades of Grey‘s Dakota Johnson in Fox’s Ben and Kate and has a role in the upcoming Melissa McCarthy vehicle Tammy, will continue to be repped by Principato Young. Rash, best known for playing Dean Pelton on NBC’s cult comedy Community, continues to be repped by Intellectual Artists Management for his acting work. Both are also repped by Stone Meyer.
