What would happen if a fraternity moved onto your block?
That’s the question posed by Universal’s upcoming comedy Neighbors (formerly known as Townies), starring Zac Efron, Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne.
In the film, Rogen and Byrne play a married couple with a new baby who are horrified by what’s going on at the nearby frat house and soon end up feuding with the house leader, played by Efron.

The red-band trailer provides a good look at the debauchery and chaos that spills onto the front yard of Rogen’s and Byrne’s characters, including their baby playing with what the couple erroneously believes to be a small balloon.
Soon the two sides are breaking pipes and stealing airbags for an explosive prank.
Neighbors hits theaters on May 9, 2014.
Byrne can be seen next in FilmDistrict’s horror sequel Insidious: Chapter 2, while Efron will be playing a far more serious role in the JFK drama Parkland, which opens on Oct. 4.
