No Easy Day, a memoir of the Osama bin Laden raid from a former Navy SEAL writing as Mark Owen, has scored the biggest nonfiction book opening since Walter Isaacson’s Steve Jobs debuted in October 2011 to sales of 383,000. The new book nearly topped the lifetime sales of all its SEAL rivals in just its first week of release.
