Ron Perlman will be back on the small screen (and laptop, tablet and smartphone screens) in September as the full first season of Amazon’s new dramatic thriller Hand of God becomes available for streaming by Prime Instant Video subscribers.
Hand of God‘s pilot received rave customer reviews when it was made available to watch and rate in August of 2014. In the series, written by Burn Notice‘s Ben Watkins, the Sons of Anarchy alum plays hard-living, law-bending married judge who suffers a mental breakdown and goes on a vigilante quest to find the rapist who tore his family apart. He begins to rely on visions and messages he believes are being sent by God through his ventilator-bound son. Hand of God co-stars Dana Delany as the judge’s wife and Garret Dillahunt as a born-again sociopath whose violent tendencies are exploited by the judge. The full first season starts streaming on Sept. 4.
