“We have a tent up for arrivals and the Governors Ball afterward,” an Oscar rep told The Hollywood Reporter.
It was raining when the red carpet began. There had been an 80 percent chance of precipitation for the arrivals.
The ceremony, hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, kicks off at 5:30 p.m.
