Stephen Lovekin/Getty ImagesRihanna‘s “We Found Love” — the inescapably repetitive-yet-addictive dance track about finding love in hopeless places — continues a long streak on the music charts, ranking No. 1 for 10 nonconsecutive weeks.
According to Billboard, this is the singer’s longest run on the its Hot 100 chart. The last female artist to have a single peak at 10 weeks was Beyonce for her 2006 dis song “Irreplaceable.” If “We Found Love” (featuring Calvin Harris) holds on to the top-ranked slot for another week, Rihanna will be matched up with previous records set by Puff Daddy and Faith Evan‘s “I’ll Be Missing You” and Toni Braxton‘s “Unbreakable.”

And if it enough momentum to make it 16 weeks, the song will have bested Brandy and Monica‘s “The Boy is Mine” (13 weeks) and Whitney Houston‘s “I Will Always Love You” (14 weeks) to tie with Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men‘s 1995 smash “One Sweet Day.”
This year, Rihanna is up for four Grammys Awards: Album Of The Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for Loud, Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for her songs “What’s My Name?” (featuring Drake) and “All Of The Lights” (featuring Kanye West, Kid Cudi and Fergie).
She will perform alongside Coldplay at the at the Grammys’ Feb. 12 telecast at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
