Miley Cyrus has ruffled more than a few feathers with her fashion sense (one man’s trash is another man’s trend, after all). And given her penchant for cat-clad body suits, bear costumes and — every so often — cool Marc Jacobs‘ sequin dresses, it’s only natural that her upcoming Bangerz tour will feature some head-turning looks, too.
One designer teaming up with Cyrus for her tour costumes is Roberto Cavalli, who will create a bevy of exclusive looks made specifically for the one-time Disney darling. Designs include a nude jumpsuit embroidered with Swarovski crystals (think Britney Spears‘ performance piece at the 2000 MTV VMAs), a black glittery zebra patterned jumpsuit and a matching leopard-print denim jacket and shorts with a bra featuring blue crystals.

The looks, much like Cyrus’ party, can’t stop with Cavalli. Other designers creating pieces for the tour include Jacobs himself (Cyrus is his new face, after all) downtown-favored The Blonds and L.A.-based king of quirk Jeremy Scott, who we recently spotted hamming it up for the paparazzi at W magazine‘s pre-Golden Globes party. Cyrus will also wear archive pieces from iconic costume designer Bob Mackie, who famously dressed Cher on stage.
“Clothes for me, or lack thereof, say a lot,” Cyrus joked about her tour’s costumes during a press conference call.
Cyrus’ Bangerz kicks off Feb. 14 in Vancouver, BC.
