Authorities had revealed on Wednesday that Dunn had a blood alcohol level that was more than twice the legal limit in Pennsylvania when he crashed his 2007 Porsche.
Sgt. William La Torre from the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Enforcement said Wednesday that no charges will be filed against the Barnaby’s of America bar.

It was determined that Dunn did not “appear” intoxicated while he was served two beers and six shots by employees in the span of four hours.
Barnaby’s general manager said video given to police supported that fact.

MTV News went to Barnaby’s earlier this week and noted that a sign hung above the bar: “If you appear to be intoxicated, we cannot serve you any alcohol.” A bar employee told MTV earlier in the week that Dunn “spoke clearly” and “walked clearly” when he was at Barnaby’s.
A toxicology report released Wednesday by the West Goshen Township Police revealed that Dunn was drunk with a .196 level. That indicates that alcohol made up nearly one-fifth of teh total blood coursing through his body.

Dunn was driving at least 130 miles an hour before the accident, which engulfed his vehicle in flames. West Goshen police told reporters that the speed had been estimated after a team reconstructed the accident. Dunn’s car crashed into a guardrail and into the woods.
Hours before Dunn’s death, he sent out a photo from the bar of drinking with freinds. It has since been deleted.
Jackass co-star Johnny Knoxville was one of many who reacted to Dunn’s death: “Today I lost my brother Ryan Dunn. My heart goes out to his family and his beloved Angie. RIP Ryan.”
