Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. have put their Bel-Air Crest home on the market for $5.5 million. Located within the ultra high-security area called Bel-Air Crest, the gated home is located within a guard-gated area.
The 7,600-square-foot traditional-style house was built in 1991 and has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, as well as a gym, guest quarters, media room, gym, spa, pool and lush landscaping with a series of waterfalls.
“This house has custom features throughout and sits on a park-like setting,” says listing agent Cindy Ambuehl of Partners Trust. “It’s an extremely large property and will suit a lot of buyers.”

The property comes with no shortage of high-profile neighbors, including Jennifer Aniston as well as Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, who purchased a property across the street from the Geller/Prinze residence last year for a reported $11 million.
Geller, who currently stars on CBS’ Crazy Ones with Robin Williams, and Prinze have since decamped to a lower-profile Brentwood neighborhood. The couple purchased a 7,000-square-foot East Coast style two-story spread for $6.1 million in October of last year.
