Shailene Woodley had made good on a promise to chop off her hair for her role in the upcoming adaptation of John Green‘s The Fault in Our Stars — and donate her locks to a good cause.
The actress, who plays a teen with cancer in the upcoming movie adaptation of the best-selling young-adult novel, hit Twitter to show off photos of her new haircut.

On his Tumblr, Green last week revealed that Woodley was planning to donate her hair to Children With Hair Loss, an organization that provides human-hair replacements to kids who’ve experienced hair loss due to various medical conditions.
