The event will also include the inaugural edition of the Gold Fashion Show, in collaboration with LoveGold, a segment of the World Gold Council. The show will feature leading Indian fashion designers Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla, Tarun Tahiliani and Rohit Bal who will present five creations that celebrate gold and gold jewelry for the modern Indian woman.

The India event is in line with amfAR’s international events which first launched in 1993 in Cannes and has also been hosted in Dubai, Milan, Paris, Rio, Rome, São Paolo, Toronto, Venice, and Vienna. Over the years, amfAR’s fund-raisers have generated over $100 million in support of the Foundation’s lifesaving AIDS research programs.
