Having already lured Supergirl, plus The Flash and Arrow, to its pay-TV lair, U.K. network Sky 1, part of pan-European giant Sky, has now added DC Entertainment’s Legends of Tomorrow to its spandex-heavy lineup.
The show — which is set to premiere Jan. 21 in the U.S. on The CW — sees time-traveler Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) put together a group of heroes and villains to take on the threat of Vandal Savage (Casper Crump). Brandon Routh, Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell also star.

“Hot on the heels of the amazing success of Supergirl, I’m really pleased to announce that another exciting comic-book drama is coming to the channel,” said Sky 1 director Adam MacDonald. “From the team behind our three best-loved superhero shows and with a great high-profile cast, there’s real pedigree behind Legends of Tomorrow. And it’s set in the same world as The Flash and Arrow, too, so it couldn’t be more suited to Sky 1.”
Supergirl‘s recent launch drew a consolidated U.K. audience of 1.64 million, Sky 1’s largest viewership for a series premiere since 2013. Legends of Tomorrow is set to air on the channel some time in 2016.
