Ivanka Trump Steps Down From Eponymous Fashion Line to Comply with Ethics Laws [Vanity Fair]
Ivanka Trump will officially step down from her positions at her eponymous fashion label as well as the Trump Organization following the news that she and her husband, Jared Kushner, are moving to Washington, D.C., to work alongside Donald Trump when he takes office later this month. According to a statement from Kushner’s attorney, Ivanka Trump will resign from all officer and director positions, sell all of her common stock and restructure her participation in Trump Organization transactions so that she no longer profits in order to comply with ethics laws. Instead, she will receive a fixed series of regular payments. Kushner, who accepted the role of senior advisor to the president, is also resigning from his position as chief executive of Kushner companies and publisher of the New York Observer, which his family owns. Following the election last November, Trump began distancing herself from her fashion label, so the resignation comes as no surprise. She has yet to accept a specific role within her dad’s administration.

He first showed off his sneaker closet, stuffed with size 13-14 kicks, on Instagram in 2013. Additionally, the quarterback announced Friday that he has raised $300K for various philanthropic organizations across the country. The funds are part of a pledge he took last October to donate $100K per month until he had donated $1 million.
