If you’re still crying over the end of Mad Men‘s TV run, dry your eyes because you can now own a little piece (or pieces, depending on your budget) of the show that garnered as much attention for its beautiful, authentic costuming and sets as it did for its moving storylines. Over 1,400 pieces, including costume accessories like Pete’s scarf or Sally’s pool bag, as well as vintage trinkets and small furniture items, will be available for auction on ScreenBid beginning tomorrow at noon, PST. Apparently the show will go on for Band of Outsiders. Following the sad news that Scott Sternberg‘s label “simply ran out of money,” the brand’s creditor, Belgian fashion fund CLCC SA, decided to sell the label’s intellectual property and remaining inventory to the highest bidder in an attempt to make up for the $2.5 million it’s owed. However, following insufficient offers at Wednesday’s auction, CLCC SA made the decision to remain in control of the line, with plans to move forward with a collection without Sternberg at the helm. The Tribeca Film Institute and Gucci have announced the grant recipients for the 2015 Gucci Tribeca Documentary Fund, which awards $150,000 to documentaries highlighting global issues. Ten documentaries, which focus on topics ranging from student life in Afghanistan to violent crimes against women, were selected from a pool of almost 600 entries, and their creators also will receive year-round support from the organization, in addition to the funds.
