2. I Take You: A Novel by Eliza Kennedy
A literary riff on Bridesmaids and The Hangover, the novel focuses on a hot-shot 20-something attorney having too much fun in bars and in the sack to settle down and get married. Kennedy is a Harvard Law grad and the wife of novelist Joshua Ferris.
3. Go Set a Watchman by Harper Lee
The To Kill a Mockingbird “sequel,” written 50 years ago but set 20 years after Mockingbird, comes with a 2 million copy printing, a gossipy backstory about Lee’s health and genuine curiosity if it can hold its own against one of the most beloved novels ever.
