Bruce Horwitz and Mark Meyuhas are behind Casey Lane’s always-packed Tasting Kitchen on Abbot Kinney, as well as the chef’s about-to-bow downtown L.A. gastropub The Parish and Melrose Ave. pasta pad Itri. But for the past nine years their day job has been running Lime Studios, a post-production sound facility in Santa Monica that mixes audio for TV commercial clients like Nike, Microsoft and Sprint.
