Fox has released a new trailer for The Three Stooges, showcasing plenty of physical gags performed by the trio.
The trailer bills the Stooges (played by Sean Hayes, Chris Diamantopoulos and Will Sasso) as the original Jackasses, partaking in stunts long before Johnny Knoxville and his entourage hit the screen.

The trailer starts out with the familiar warning used in every episode of the Jackass show. But the skulls have the look of Larry, Curly and Moe.
And then, an intense barrage of slapstick humor hits the screen, with plenty of eye-poking, face-slapping and hammer hitting. A major concern from fans and critics after the release of the first trailer was if this type of humor will feel outdated to the modern moviegoer.
The film will follow Larry, Moe and Curly as they try to save their childhood home but accidentally become involved in a murder plot and in a modern-day twist will end up starring in a reality TV show.
Peter and Bobby Farrelly’s version of The Three Stooges hits theaters April 13. Jane Lynch, Jennifer Hudson, Sofia Vergara, Craig Bierko, Stephen Collins and Larry David also star.
