TORONTO — A new video of embattled Toronto mayor Rob Ford has emerged in which he goes on an angry tirade and utters death threats, including “I’m going to kill that f—ing guy.”
The Toronto Star posted the video online on Thursday. The clip shows an angry, agitated and, at times, incoherent Ford stomping around an unidentifed home.

The mayor addressed the video in a news conference outside his City Hall office on Thursday afternoon.
“The Toronto Star just released a video [in which] I was very, very inebriated,” he said. “All I can say is, again, I’ve made mistakes.”
The mayor, who earlier this week admitted he smoked crack cocaine, is seen in the latest video pacing around a room and speaking to an unknown person.
“I’ll rip his f—ing throat out. I’ll poke his eyes out…I’ll make sure that motherf—er’s dead,” Ford says at one point, without specifying his target.

The Toronto Star said it paid for the video, which was shot via a computer camera.
The video is another setback for Ford after he earlier this week told the media that “I have nothing left to hide” before insisting he will not resign and will campaign for re-election in 2014.
The mayor has since resisted growing calls to step down or enter rehab before resuming his political career.
Ford’s latest woes started in May 2013, when Gawker and The Toronto Star first revealed the existence of a smartphone video that apparently shows him smoking crack cocaine.
