‘Ugly Betty’ Star America Ferrera Weds Longtime Boyfriend

Ugly Betty star America Ferrera has married her longtime boyfriend Ryan Piers Williams, People reports.

The couple, who met when Williams cast the actress in a student film at the University of Southern California, wed Monday night in “an intimate setting amongst close friends and family,” Ferrera’s rep tells the mag.

Guests at the wedding included Ugly Betty co-stars Vanessa Williams, Rebecca Romijn, Jerry O’Connell and Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants co-star Blake Lively.

Ferrera, who won an Emmy, Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild Award for her role as Betty Suarez on ABC’s primetime soap, wore a dress by Amsale’s Christos and Fred Leighton earrings.

Ferrara and Williams were engaged last June.

Ferrara last appeared on CBS’ The Good Wife and will be lending her voice to How to Train Your Dragon 2.
