The Hollywood Reporter and Jimmy Choo today launch a five-part exclusive video web series bringing viewers directly to the tastemakers, celebrities and style setters of the Cannes Film Festival. The series, hosted by The Hollywood Reporter’s senior writer Merle Ginsberg and style editor Carol McColgin, kicks off today with a look at what to pack for the festival on hollywoodreporter.com and THR’s YouTube channel.

The Hollywood Reporter & Jimmy Choo Present Cannes Confidential will offer viewers unrivaled access to the most powerful designers and stylists, honing in on red-carpet moments from the festival and discussing the global impact of Cannes’ trend-setting fashion. The series will also provide a behind-the-scenes glimpse at the stars’ style secrets, plus a look at what the stars pack, Cannes’ best street style and secrets of what really goes down inside the suites at Cannes’ epicenter, the Hotel Martinez.
Cannes Confidential will also cover the top film headlines and star-studded premieres of the day with feature contributions from The Hollywood Reporter’s senior editors on the scene along the Croisette. The series complements THR’s extensive online Live from Cannes video reports from the festival. Visitors to THR.com will discover more than 25 video interviews with top talent and filmmakers posted throughout the festival.
The Hollywood Reporter & Jimmy Choo Present Cannes Confidential will be available in five segments. The Cannes Confidential videos and THR’s festival interviews will also be available via the THR Festival App for Cannes and THR‘s YouTube channel.
