Kevin Bacon dusted off his dancing shoes for Friday’s The Tonight Show.
The actor starred in an elaborate dance number from Footloose to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the musical’s release. The nostalgia-loving Jimmy Fallon declared, “That was the best entrance in the history of our show.”
Later on NBC’s Late Night, Seth Meyers took a page out of Fallon’s playbook and introduced a whacky game into the mix. Three audience members were challenged to correctly spell celebrity names — but not all were created equal. (Chiwetel Ejiofor is tricker to spell than Drake.)

Meyers also welcomed Girls star Zosia Mamet, who confirmed what Lena Dunham said during her Saturday Night Live opening monologue — strangers like to tell the cast of the HBO show about their sex lives. Mamet said an elderly woman once came up to her on the subway: “She was like, ‘You know that episode where the boy goes down on you? I make the same faces when my husband goes down on me … still!’ Then she winked at me.”
What were your favorite late-night TV moments from Friday?
