A new trailer for David Fincher‘s upcoming adaptation of Gillian Flynn‘s best-seller Gone Girl hit the Internet on Monday.
LIST THR Reveals Hollywood’s 100 Favorite Films
In the trailer, Affleck’s character, Nick Dunn — whose wife, Amy (Rosamund Pike), has gone missing — is grilled about his wife’s disappearance, as a reporter (Sela Ward) tells him he’s “probably the most hated man in America right now. Did you kill your wife, Nick?”
Amy’s diary entries are read in voiceover, and she is seen in flashback. “I feel like something to be jettisoned if necessary,” she says. “I feel like I could disappear.”

Neil Patrick Harris, Tyler Perry, Patrick Fugit and Casey Wilson also star in the movie.
