After months on the festival circuit, Nymphomaniac: Volume I hits theaters on Friday.
But on Tuesday, three days before its theatrical release, Magnolia released the first trailer for Volume II of Lars von Trier’s four-hour movie.

The movie stars Charlotte Gainsbourg in a “wild and poetic story of a woman’s journey from birth to the age of 50 as told by the main character, the self-diagnosed nymphomaniac, Joe.”
One night, an old, charming bachelor (Stellan Skarsgard) finds Joe beaten up in an alley and brings her to his flat where she begins to tell him about his life in a series of eight chapters.
Stacy Martin, Shia LaBeouf,Jamie Bell, Uma Thurman and Willem Dafoe also star.
Volume I was released on demand March 6 ahead of its March 21 theatrical bow. Volume II debuts April 3 on VOD before hitting theaters April 18.
