Red-carpet gridlock. TV rivalries. Exclusive parties. Seth Meyers as emcee. Showrunner speeches. Snubs, snubs, snubs. And, yes, awards handed out to television’s best offerings. The Monday night Emmys are nearly here!
The 66th Primetime Emmy awards, held at the Nokia Theater L.A. Live (next to Staples Center), will be broadcast this year on NBC. The network’s red-carpet coverage begins at 7:30 p.m. ET and the ceremony kicks off at 8 p.m. ET.
The Hollywood Reporter‘s Emmy coverage is well underway. Party diaries (who mingled with whom?) are live. Behind-the-scenes photos from this weekend’s events are at style destination Pret-a-Reporter.
Want to know how the Emmy host is preparing for the big show? See the Q&A with Seth Meyers. Online voters, your Interactive Emmys 2014 Ballot is right here: click, vote, print.
Those whose want some expert advice on filling out the ballot should check in with THR chief TV critic Tim Goodman and THR awards analyst Scott Feinberg, who have predicted Who Should Win and Who Will Win.
For those looking to spend some time with the high-profile nominees in drama and comedy categories, check out the acclaimed THR Roundtable Series.
Or just go directly to the set, with set visits to Downton Abbey, Masters of Sex, Ray Donovan, The Blacklist and more. Also, THR happened to gather 24 Legendary Creators for a Once-in-a-Lifetime Class Photo.
On Monday, THR.com will be your destination for all things Emmy, from the red-carpet fashions to the night’s winners to the show’s best and worst moments. Feinberg will offer an analysis of the winners, while Goodman will review the show itself. We’ll also continue bringing you all the scoops from inside the glitzy post-show bashes and more comprehensive coverage of TV’s biggest night. Follow THR on Twitter or on Facebook for even more Emmys coverage.
