Calling all material girls! Want a piece of Madonna’s material world? Next month, more than 130 of the pop legend’s personal and professional items are up for grabs — the largest collection of her memorabilia to hit the market — as part of Julien’s Auctions’ Icons & Idols in Rock ’n Roll. Fans from around the world can bid on everything from her junior high school yearbook, a ’90s MTV Video Music Award moon man and rare photography to the wedding gown she wore when she married Sean Penn in 1985. “Madonna is a global fashion and music icon,” says the gallery’s co-founder Martin Nolan, who worked with a group of U.K. private investors to curate the collection. “She’s highly collectable.”
Open for public viewing Nov. 3; auction takes place Nov. 7 and 8 at Julien’s Auctions in Beverly Hills, Calif., or juliensauctions.com.
