She will report to department head and agency partner Todd Christopher in her newly created post, focusing on international packaging and sales as well as identifying new formats to import domestically and repurpose globally.

“I wanted to take my passion for television and use that in concert with my new connections in the international television marketplace to explore a new avenue in the business,” said Nash, who is departing Robyn Nash Productions (TLC’s Out-of-Control Drivers), in a statement. “I am incredibly excited about working with the Gersh team and building a whole new level of success.”

Before starting her eponymous banner, Nash worked for her father, veteran reality producer Bruce Nash. As vice president of Nash Entertainment, she oversaw the production of series like NBC’s World’s Most Amazing Videos and TLC’s For Better or For Worse.

“As we expand our Unscripted Television Packaging department, we needed someone who had a keen eye for top-notch material and unique stories,” Gersh co-head Bob Gersh said in a statement. “Robyn’s background as a producer has brought her a wealth of knowledge and contacts that will be invaluable to the company as we continue to grow in the reality TV field.”

The agency also has promoted coordinator Laura McDonald to agent in the same department. Prior to Gersh, the Pepperdine Law graduate worked for the digital product retailer ClickBank.
