'Go-Girl' goes to Teletoon

26 half-hours of tween comedy ordered

TORONTO -- Canadian broadcaster Teletoon has picked up the live action-animation tween comedy "Go-Girl" from domestic producer Blueprint Entertainment.

Teletoon, the cable animation channel, ordered 26 half-hours of the hybrid series about a 15-year-old girl whose class project gets her elected town mayor.

"Go-Girl," created by Wilson Coneybeare and written and produced by Alyse Rosenberg, is set for a fall production in Ontario.

Blueprint's Oasis International will sell the series internationally.
