Golden Globes: Michael Keaton Flubs 'Hidden Figures' Title
"All movies with black people don't sound alike."
Yes, there are a lot of films nominated for Golden Globes. And sometimes, even the most seasoned actors and red-carpet hosts flub the titles when speaking with the nominees.
While presenting the award for best supporting actress in a film, The Founder star Michael Keaton incorrectly referred to Fox's Hidden Figures, featuring Octavia Spencer, as "Hidden Fences," confusing it with the Paramount drama Fences with eventual winner Viola Davis.
The term #HiddenFences immediately began trending on Twitter — some with jokes referring to Home Improvement and others combining film titles with black actors. But Gabrielle Union and Justin Simien noted their disappointment about the confusion with comments about who stars in these films as well. Robin Thede also noted, "All movies with black people don't sound alike."
Wait... #HiddenFences ...again?

NBC's Jenna Bush Hager made the same notable snafu while speaking to Pharrell Williams, who nabbed his first Golden Globes nomination for scoring Hidden Figures with Hans Zimmer and Benjamin Wallfisch. Nevertheless, Williams stood calm next to executive producer Mimi Valdes during the flub. (Bush Hager apologized for the mistake on Monday's Today show.)
The New York Times' Dave Itzkoff highlighted the snafu on Twitter:

Over on E!, Ryan Seacrest asked his carpet guests Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell what they thought about "The Arrival" and if they planned to congratulate Amy Adams on her performance in the Paramount film, which is titled Arrival.
"So I heard you like The Arrival?" - Ryan Seacrest. #GoldenGlobes
