Gordon to head Telemundo station group

Exec will oversee operations in U.S., Puerto Rico

Ronald Gordon has been named president of the Telemundo Television Station Group.

He will oversee the operation of all the Telemundo local stations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, reporting to Don Browne, president of the NBC Uni-owned Telemundo Communications Group.

Gordon replaces Ibra Morales, whose contract with the group recently expired.

Gordon was most recently president and CEO of ZGS Communications, a Spanish-language broadcasting company that owns radio and TV stations, including 10 Telemundo affiliates.
