Gotham Awards: Watch the Indie Film Ceremony Live

'The Favourite'

'The Favourite' and 'First Reformed' lead the nominations at the annual show, which takes place Monday in New York.

The 2018 Gotham Independent Film Awards will be handed out Monday night at Cipriani Wall Street in New York.

The Favourite and First Reformed lead the nominations, receiving mentions for best feature, screenplay and acting.

Eighth Grade, Hereditary, If Beale Street Could Talk, Leave No Trace, Madeline's Madeline, Private Life, Sorry to Bother You and Support the Girls are all nominated for two awards.

Yorgos Lanthimos' The Favourite and Paul Schrader's First Reformed are up against Barry Jenkins' If Beale Street Could Talk, Josephine Decker's Madeline's Madeline and Chloe Zhao's The Rider for best feature.

For best screenplay, Deborah Davis and Tony McNamara are nominated for The Favourite, while other nominees include Schrader for First Reformed, Tamara Jenkins for Private Life, Andrew Bujalski for Support the Girls and Cory Finley for Thoroughbreds.

On the TV side, Alias Grace, Big Mouth, The End of the F***ing World, Killing Eve, Pose and Sharp Objects are all nominated in the breakthrough series-longform category.

In addition to competitive awards, the ceremony will also honor Willem Dafoe, Paul Greengrass, Jon Kamen and Rachel Weisz with tribute awards, while Sandra Lee will receive the "Made in NY" award.

Previous Gotham Award recipients have included Oscar nominees and winners Call Me by Your Name, Moonlight, Lady Bird, Get Out and I, Tonya.

The Gotham Awards ceremony and red-carpet arrivals will be live-streamed below and on the Facebook page for the Independent Filmmakers Project, which presents the awards. The red-carpet will begin at 6 p.m. ET, followed by the awards show at 8 p.m.
