Grammys: Beyonce Gives Inspirational Acceptance Speech After 'Lemonade' Win

The singer has won two awards so far on Sunday night.

Beyonce's Lemonade won the award for best urban contemporary album at the 59th annual Grammy Awards on Sunday night.

"It's important to me to show images to my children that reflect their beauty so they can grow up in a world where they can look in the mirror," she said in accepting the award. "First through their own family as well as the news, the Super Bowl, the Olympics, the White House and the Grammys and see themselves and have no doubt that they’re beautiful, intelligent and capable."

This marked her second win of the night after winning best music video for "Formation" during the pre-show. Going into the show, Queen Bey had the most nominations, totaling nine, including record of the year, album of the year and song of the year.

Lemonade beat out Gallant's Ology, KING's We Are King, Anderson .Paak's Malibu and Rihanna's Anti for the best urban contemporary album award.
