Gravitas to deliver VOD packages in 2010

40+ cable, satellite and telco operators to receive 300+ titles

Gravitas Ventures has signed new agreements to deliver VOD packages to more than 40 cable, satellite and telco operators in 2010.

Gravitas specializes in aggregating entertainment content for worldwide distribution via established and evolving platforms in the cable VOD, broadband, mobile and airline/hospitality industries. It has more than 150 content partners, providing feature films, documentaries, animation, alternative sports, wrestling/mixed martial arts, comedy, and music concert programming.

In 2010, Gravitas will distribute more than 300 titles, including such recent acquisitions as Lance Hammer's "Ballast," Stacy Peralta's "Crips and Bloods Made in America" and Jay Jonroy's "David and Layla."

Its new deals include such operators as Atlantic Broadband, Bresnan, Cogeco, Mediacom and Suddenlink.
