The CEO leaves after more than two years on the job, as COO Dan Donahue departs with him.

All3Media America lost two top executives on Tuesday — with CEO Greg Lipstone and COO Dan Donahue both stepping down, effective immediately.

The departures, negotiated since the top of the year, are said to be amicable and do not come with any immediate word of replacements.

Lipstone, a longtime unscripted agent and founding partner at ICM, represented All3Media for years (first at WME) before moving over to the company in 2015 to serve as CEO. Donahue's tenure at the company was shorter, having officially joined in February 2017.

“We would like to thank Greg and Dan for their many contributions to the success of All3Media America and wish them both the very best in their future,” said parent company All3 Media CEO Jane Turton.

It was only two weeks ago that All3Media America and Lipstone announced the launch a new in-house production studio in Woodman Park Productions, joining other All3 companies such as Neal Street Productions, Objective Media Group and Gordon Ramsay's Studio Ramsay.

Under Lipstone, All3 Media America had made moves into scripted programming but remained overwhelmingly devoted to reality fare, with Undercover Boss, Chrisley Knows Best and United Shades of America among its most popular efforts.
