"I think friendship is important to all non-sociopaths."

Stella McCartney released an ad for its new POP fragrance over the weekend starring Grimes, who floats through pink-dusted b-roll (replete with pink hair and pink balloons) while enumerating on the benefits of friendship — and a brief mention of the product itself.

"Sustainability in fashion stuff is something I really care about," she begins. "That's one of the reasons I like Stella so much. Not something that sort of exists for the sake of aesthetics, but something that exists because someone cares about it." On its site, the brand describes the new fragrance as "bold, irreverent and fearless without being in your face."

We then see the "Art Angels" singer cavorting with two other women (presumably buddies of hers, or actors filling in as such) while she explains, "I actually feel like my friends are the best, 'cause they always tell me when my shit sucks. I take what they say into consideration more than anyone else, probably.

"I mean, I think friendship is important to all non-sociopaths," she concludes. "I guess humans need friendship to live. It's interesting to, like, watch anything executed with confidence."
