Alicia Silverstone and Jeremy Sisto introduced the singer.

Clueless is celebrating its 20th anniversary, and two of its biggest stars — Alicia Silverstone and Jeremy Sisto — were on hand to present a performance from another star who had a pretty good 1995. It’s been two decades since No Doubt’s Tragic Kingdom, but we’re still pumped to hear new music from Gwen Stefani.

Stefani took the stage and performed her new single, “Used to Love You,” for the AMAs crowd at Los Angeles' Microsoft Theater.

Stefani is getting through her recent divorce with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale, but hopefully this performance of the breakup ballad boosted her spirits. Stefani worked the stage solo for much of the song and later was joined by a troupe of dancers, dressed kind of like ninjas, who executed their moves with similar stealth. Through it all, Stefani’s vocals held strong. Looking into her eyes, the passion was clear.
