Fashion and charity united for a star-studded evening on Wednesday, in honor of the Philanthropic Society Los Angeles' fifth annual Autumn Party, benefiting Children's Institute, Inc. Hosted by PSLA founder and J. Mendel board member Rochelle Gores Fredston (alongside co-hosts including Christine Chiu, Marlien Rentmeester and Claiborne Swanson Frank), the party drew the likes of Barbra Streisand, Chloe Grace Moretz, Kris Jenner and Gwyneth Paltrow, who turned out to celebrate friends and honorees Jessica Seinfeld and Donna Karan at Culver City’s 3Labs.

Demi Moore, dressed in Donna Karan, regaled guests with stories of her 20-year friendship with the designer, before presenting her with the PSLA Visionary Award. “To me, L.A. represents everything in my heart. It is an honor to be here for my 30th anniversary,” said Karan, who also acknowledged BFF Streisand (also decked out in Donna Karan for the affair), before presenting looks from her fall 2014 collection.

Wearing a graphic Giambattista Valli number paired with Miu Miu heels, Baby Buggy founder Jessica Seinfeld also took to the stage to accept her award on behalf of her non-profit, before returning to her seat next to pal Paltrow for the festivities and dinner by Wolfgang Puck. Seinfeld's favorite part of the night? "The support and enthusiasm we feel from our Los Angeles friends of Baby Buggy about our fatherhood initiative," she explained. "That's exciting, as we deepen our work with Children's Institute and other organizations to make lives better for families living in poverty and the working poor in this community."
