Hailey Baldwin and Lucky Blue Smith Bring Back the '90s With Tommy Jeans
The Tommy Hilfiger spinoff is full of nostalgic looks.
The ‘90s are never leaving, apparently — at least not if Tommy Hilfiger has any say in it. The American brand's denim collection — which was in its heyday then — has just revealed a new capsule collection that brings back all our favorite looks from the decade, with Hilfiger regular Hailey Baldwin and Lucky Blue Smith as its faces.
The line, called Tommy Jeans (out next week), puts a “fresh, youthful twist” on classic '90s pieces, such as unisex logo tees, oversized denim jackets and sweatshirts, plus frayed high-waisted denim and a bikini for the girls. Of course, everything is accessorized by the iconic band of Tommy Hilfiger briefs peeking out.
The campaign pictures Baldwin, who recently was signed by IMG Models, and Smith, one of the hottest male models of the moment, in all their tanned, blond beauty, with plenty of bare midriffs. In a statement, Hilfiger said, “Our Tommy Jeans collection celebrates some of my favorite styles from our early years, updated for a new generation of Tommy fans.” One look at these two, and it’s almost as if the ‘90s never left.
