Hamptons dresses up with 'Valentino' docu


The Hamptons International Film Festival has unveiled its 122-film lineup and event schedule, including discussions with Frances McDormand and Jacqueline Bisset.

Matt Tyrnauer's fashionista documentary "Valentino: The Last Emperor" opens the 16th annual event, which will be closed by another U.S. premiere, Charlie Kaufman's "Synecdoche, New York." Festival world premieres include Patrick Read Johnson's autobiographical tale of '70s-era Hollywood, " '77."

The 23 North American premieres include the documentary "Dominick Dunne: After the Party" and the Natalie Portman-directed short "Eve," starring Lauren Bacall and Ben Gazzara.
