'Hanna's Gold' Wins Audience Award at International Family Festival

"48 Below!" and "The Christmas Bunny" also were among the Hollywood event's winners.

Hanna's Gold, directed by Joel Souza and produced by Jim Valdez, Bettina T. O'Mara and Kelli Kaye, won the audience prize, the Top Applause Award, at the 16th International Family Festival, which concluded Sunday night at the Raleigh Studios in Hollywood.

Michael Archambo's 48 Below!, which received the Spirit Award, and Tom Seidman's The Christmas Bunny, which took home the Pearl Award, were among the other award winners.

The festival presented its Friz Award for Excellence in Animation Arts to voice actor Bill Farmer, who has provided the voice for Goofy as well as many other characters.
