Hasbro Studios Hires T.J. Fixman as Creative Consultant

The company is responsible for films including 'Ouija' and the 'Transformers' series.

Screenwriter T.J. Fixman has been hired on as a creative consultant at Hasbro Studios.

Fixman wrote The Men Who Kill for Fox, which is being produced by Greg Berlanti and stars Michael B. Jordan. He also developed the story for the award-winning Insomniac videogame Ratchet & Clank.

Hasbro recently completed an A-list writer’s room, which includes Akiva Goldsman, Michael Bay and Steven Spielberg, who are plotting out the next five years of Transformers entertainment.         

“World building has always been a passion of mine, so to be able to play in the Hasbro sandbox is simply incredible," said Fixman, who is repped by WME, Grandview and Bloom Hergott Diemer Rosenthal Laviolette Feldman Schenkman & Goodman.

In 2014, Hasbro Studios released the horror film Ouija, based on the Hasbro board game. The film grossed $100 million at the box office, and the studio has greenlit the sequel.
