Henry Winkler Joins Kelly Oxford's 'Pink Skies'
Rosa Salazar, Lewis Pullman and Devon Bostick will also star alongside Jessica Barden in the first movie from Greg Silverman's Stampede production banner.
Henry Winkler, Rosa Salazar and Lewis Pullman have joined the cast for Pink Skies, the first movie from Greg Silverman's Stampede production banner.
The first feature from New York Times best-selling author Kelly Oxford, who also penned the screenplay, will see Winkler play Dr. Cotton, who cares for Winona (already cast Jessica Barden). Winona goes to Dr. Cotton, once her pediatrician, when she is diagnosed with an anxiety disorder.
Also joining Pink Skies is Salazar as Addie, Winona’s best friend, Pullman as Ben, a PhD candidate who is smitten with Winona after they meet in a nightclub, and Devon Bostick as Greg, a flirty independent bookstore owner.
The movie is based on the essay "No Real Danger" from Oxford’s second book, When You Find Out the World Is Against You. The Kelly Oxford film, which will begin production this June in Los Angeles, has Stampede’s Gideon Yu, Zac Locke and Chris Bosco as executive producers, and Greg Silverman, Lisa Zambri, Greg Gilreath and Adam Hendricks as producers.
Winkler is represented by CAA and Management 360. Salazar is represented by Paradigm Talent Agency, while Pullman is represented by ICM and Anonymous Content.
Bostick is represented by Innovative Artists, Noble Caplan Abrams and Principal Entertainment LA. Barden is represented by ICM, Curtis Brown Group and Viewpoint, while Oxford is represented by WME and Brillstein.
