Hill, Louis C.K. join 'Truth'

Jonah Hill and comedian Louis C.K. will play Ricky Gervais' neighbors in the Warner Bros. release "This Side of the Truth."

They join Jennifer Garner and Rob Lowe in the film, based in a world where lying doesn't exist.

The story centers on Mark (Gervais), an average guy who discovers his newfound ability to tell untruths and uses the skill in his effort to seduce a woman (Garner) who is way out of his league.

Hill will play Mark's humorous neighbor who also suffers from depression, while Louis C.K. will play Mark's loser best friend.

Gervais, who marks his feature directing debut with the film, is co-writing and co-directing with Matt Robinson.

Lynda Obst and Oly Obst are producing the Media Rights Capital-financed project. Production is set to begin in April.

Hill ("Superbad") is lending his voice to the upcoming animated feature "Horton Hears a Who!" He also will appear in "Forgetting Sarah Marshall," produced by Judd Apatow. He is repped by UTA, Peter Principato and attorney Karl Austen.

Louis C.K., repped by UTA and 3 Arts Entertainment, next appears in "Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins," which opens Friday.
