WARREN-REESER BABY: Autumn Reeser, who appears on HBO's Entourage, and her husband, Jesse Warren, writer-director of The Bannen Way, welcomed their first child, a son, Finneus James Warren, at 10:53 a.m. May 10. "Our son is here!" the actress tweeted of the 6 lb., 11 oz. baby the next day. And the tweeting didn't stop there: An account was created for Finn. The first tweet read, "Here I am, world!"


Jenna Fischer and her husband, screenwriter Lee Kirk, said May 13 that they are  expecting their first child.

Mike Myers and wife Kelly Tisdale said May 13 that they are expecting a child. It is the first for both.


Gersh agent Greg Pedicin married Ashley Evans on May 7 in Dana Point, Calif. They honeymooned in Hawaii.


Time Warner on May 12 tapped Michael Benson as its chief creative officer of its Global Media Group and promoted Kristen O'Hara to chief marketing officer.

Comcast on May 11 hired outgoing FCC commissioner Meredith Attwell Baker, whose term ends June 30, as senior vp government affairs at NBCUniversal. Also, Catherine Dunleavy was named executive vp and CFO at NBCU Cable Entertainment and Cable Studios, and Cheryl Rosenbloom was upped to senior vp human resources.

Millennium Media appointed Keith Leopard vp business development May 10.

Alex Mahon was announced as the interim president of Shine International after Chris Grant's decision to step down May 10.

Nancy Valle was tapped as vp postproduction at Anchor Bay Films on May 10.

Kary McHoul was named president of Big Red 2 Entertainment on May 10.

Epix hired Douglas Lee as executive vp programming, acquisitions, strategy and enterprises May 12.

Debmar-Mercury on May 12 named Darren Doyle and Jim Kramer senior vps sales on the east and west coasts, respectively.

Rick Kaplan will return to ABC News as executive producer of This Week With Christiane Amanpour after leaving his post as executive producer of CBS Evening News with Katie Couric. Patricia Shevlin was tapped as his replacement for the new CBS Evening News With Scott Pelley, effective June 6.

Nolan Baynes was named director of marketing at Music Choice on May 11.

Mary Tyler Moore said May 12 that she will undergo brain surgery to remove a meningioma, a benign tumor in the brain tissue.


Norma Zimmer, the "Champagne Lady" on The Lawrence Welk Show, died May 12 at her home in Brea, Calif. The singer, who also worked with Frank Sinatra, was 87.

TV industry veteran Jeff Gralnick died May 9 at his home in Connecticut. The NBC News consultant, who also worked at CBS, ABC and CNN, was 72.

Jail Bait and Glen or Glenda star Dolores Fuller died May 9 in Las Vegas. The cult-film actress, who once dated director Ed Wood, was 88.

Road Trip actress Mia Amber Davis died at 36 on May 11, a day after undergoing routine knee surgery in Los Angeles.

Former CNN chief Burt Reinhardt died May 10 in Georgia of complications after a series of strokes. Reinhardt, who helped create the 24-hour news cycle, was 91.
